(for example US, UK And Canada) In some cases, depending on the destination and on the items purchased, taxes and duties may be charged to recipient. Do you overnight an order?
Unfortunately we cannot overnight the items because we have a special agreement with our delivery companies.

How long does it take for delivery?
USA,UK ,Canada:5-10days.international:usually 14days!
Customers Requesting Shipment to: Italy, Netherlands, and countries outside of Asia, North America, and Western Europe must contact us for extra information before ordering.
 
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable . All packages must be signed for. If no one is home, your local post office will hold your package for only a few days. If you DO NOT claim your package in a timely matter, your package will be returned to sender.jordanshoponline.com is not responsible for packages not claimed and returned to us. We provide Tracking/Confirmation numbers for that reason .

What if I don't get my order in more than 15 days?
Then, it may mean that there will be a delay with your order. Either we may not have your item in stock or there may be a problem with the information provided by you. In that case, please reach our customer service and check your order with one of our reps.
